Hello everyone!
I have been gone for some time, eh? I’ve been pretty much busy with lots of stuff…
Well, it’s December, and Christmas is pretty much just around the corner. However, the weather is not cooperating with me much… stupid rain… Hey, I’m fine with a little rain here and there, though when it rains a lot and your shoes gets wet from the inside and out – that ain’t a very comfortable feeling.
Well, we better get ready to decorate, huh? Maybe on the weekend…
See you around!

Ah, I managed to finish the monthly report that I have taken over – one month late… *grumbles*
Oh, well, I managed to dig up some prior errors and done some fixes to them, and without much break, I am now preparing the documents for the next month’s report (due very soon). Hurray. If I don’t move my butt, it will probably be late, again. Hey, I’m just taking over the work here, you know?
And we have news that electricity over here will normalize tomorrow. I hope that’s the final bit… I really hate going home at night while I look forward to some watching or gaming to see candles burning… At least we’re lucky enough to have electricity every now and then. Some folks are not lucky enough to have any at all in these “power fail” times.

Hello everyone!
Apparently our national power company got a dose of failsauce the other day. The plant that supplies power to our province got some technical problems causing us to loose electricity. I heard it was due to their 100KV transformer exploding. I don’t know how big the explosion was, though it’s probably just small – it must be some electrical engineering thing. Though, yes, transformers do explode with some sort of boom when they have problems…
It happened just the other night. They did some tweaking with the power and now we have partial electricity – low voltage with some fluctuations, though at least we have some light tonight. I don’t know if it’ll be cut off tomorrow because they are prioritizing city centers, and not the residential areas during peak hours. Hopefully, power will be fully restored by Tuesday.
Anyway, the entire day turned out a bit unproductive. Well, only a bit, since I was not able to finish my scheduled task since I need a computer. I was able to print out some reports though, by using the UPS, though ended up using it all up as soon as I finished printing the pages.
At least our manager noticed that we really need to get our standby generator fixed (we had one, which I did not knew previously, although broken). Hurray.
Oh, there are kittens running around on our roof! It’s too noisy. They’re cute though, but a bit shy to us over here… Hopefully they’ll get used to humans soon. And no, they’re not ours.
Hmm… I seem to be surrounded by failing things recently… We need more WinSauce! Anybody got one?
Alright, see you around! ^-^

Halloween’s over. I almost forgot that one of the Diners here have their annual gimmick during Halloween – Shocktober. I would have completely forgotten had I not seen a guy walking around in a Fastfood joint dressed as some sort of Aswang (Philippine monster.) He looked like some orange horned and winged creature.
If I had remembered it, I would have wandered around the streets earlier and had the chance to see what other costumes they had made and showcased. Unfortunately, I passed by late and it was already over… Bummer.
So, All Soul’s Day was a peaceful one. I spent the time in our ancestral gravesite this year, unlike last year, where I was over in one of those lawn-type cemeteries.
The huge difference is that it is more solemn, and the light is mainly from the candles. My cousins, aunt and grandmother (more like my father’s aunt) was there. We just sat on the bench of the above-ground grave and talk and ate. It seems like a picnic at the cemetery, huh? Yeah…
I’m not too fond of garden-type cemeteries during this season. They don’t seem to be designed for masses of people visiting the graves. It gets too crowded and there is no place to pass. You sometimes end up “passing though” other people’s spots. Where as the old cemeteries have some small pathway along the center between graves.
It’s a good way to remember our dearly departed, at least once a year.
I came home exhausted. This was due to the fact that I slept late and woke up too early due to the ruckus.
Oh, I’m a total failure at flower arrangements. The only thing I was able to help in was sticking in the leaves and stuff in the arranged flowers. No trimming or special tricks up my sleeves.
How was your Halloween? Good haul?

Well, so far, things are looking well for this new site of mine.
The design I got looks great. I want to have my own design, though. However, making a design template for this system is tough work. It’s giving me a bloody headache! =_=
I have a prelimenary design going, though I can’t get it to work for the system yet… *grumbles*
Hope I get it soon…
