We met with our fellow club members at the E-Mall (Naga City) last Sunday. We were there to have a look at the newly-opened Red Ninja, a food cart serving dim sums such as siomai and siopao.
We had a fun time taking photos, while we were served drinks, complement of the owner, Mam Helen.

- Red Ninja Gold Package
The cart looks wonderful. It is nice to be looking at the real thing rather than just the pictures. It’s also a great help in finding potential clients who are also interested in franchising a similar concept or product, for they don’t have to imagine what the food cart looks like, or doubt the taste of the product.
We tried the Siomai, where for just P30.00, you can have a taste of all the kinds available – Supreme Siomai, Beef, Tokyo Siomai, and Sharksfin. The steamed siopao is large and very tasty.
If you are interested in franchising Red Ninja, or other franchises under the Royale Business Club, mail me, and use the title “Business Options.”

The site is now more focused on being a personal portfolio, where latest uploaded works are shown on the front page. Posts from this blog page are now displayed, and some news from TheOtaku are also shown. A new contact form was added, which now allows files to be attached. Also, we are now affiliated with Royale Business Club.
If you had not been to Mauru’s Realm yet, I suggest you go and take a look. Leave me a comment here as to what you think
Well, that is all for now. See you around!

What makes for a good personal portfolio website?
1. Identify yourself with a logo.
2. Let people know what you do by making a short, snappy tagline.
3. Make your portfolio. It has to have big high quality images. If it is a website, link the live version of the website, and link it via the screenshot.
4. Put more details in your services, aside from the tagline.
5. Place details about yourself.
6. Don’t forget to place a means for people to contact you. An easy to use contact form could help.
7. Blog about what you are doing, or talk about what you do. It helps keep your site from being static.
8. Place a call to action. What do you want viewers to do? Hire you, request a quote, view recent work?
9. Use social networking websites to encourage visitors to follow you there.
10. Be friendly and personal, but also clear and precise with your communication.

Ever found yourself at a blank on what to do – design wise, at least?
One of the best methods is looking at other’s works. To duplicate them? Of course not! You just go off to pick up a little inspiration, that’s all.
What someone did with their work can trigger something in your head – specially get rid of that artist’s block that is stuck in your tubes.
One of the best methods of doing this is to look at new things, or art done in a different way than you usually do. Some people even try doing strange stuff like looking at an object upside down…
There may be basic elements with regard to design, but the arrangement can be a lot of combinations.
If you’re ever stuck on a design, take it as a chance to stop and look around. Who knows what may inspire you to do outstanding works.
