If you have a Globe Tattoo broadband stick and somehow it cannot connect, what can you do?
I had experienced it once, found out the answer was fairly easy. I felt stupid for not noticing it immediately.
Now, first of all, you need to make sure that there is a signal, and your internet stick has prepaid credits (load) in it.
Send a balance inquiry by sending a blank text message to 222.
Upon confirming that you have load and there is a signal, and yet you still cannot connect…
Verify that you are using the right “Account Type” on the log-on screen. Apparently, my problem was that I was logging in as a Post Paid subscriber, when I was a Pre-paid subscriber.
Globe Tattoo allows signal and text messages to go through just fine despite the error in the settings. I think it just works for the internet connection.

i don’t think its fair conclusion, there are many aotcfrs why a user encounters slow internet connection. have you checked your PC specs? how about computer virus? the signal strength of your telco (because some areas has low signal strength)? how many programs are opened simultaneously while using your net, because the more programs you open will definitely affect your internet experience. in my case, i don’t have any problems with globe.
